About E Q Nicholson

EQ Nicholson went through a phase of painting still lifes with quinces, partly because there was a flourishing quince tree against the wall of Aldershot Mill House (near Fordingbridge, Hampshire) where she lived with her family during the Second World War, and up until 1947.
