    Julia Ball

  • About Julia Ball

Julia Ball has lived and worked in Cambridge since the early 1960s. Although usually abstract, her paintings are suggestive of landscapes suffused with light. Many of them, including May, have been inspired by Quy Fen (near Cambridge), which she first visited in 1969. An exhibition of her work was held at New Hall in 1995.
